Utilizing the best cutting edge central mixers, pump trucks, trans-mixers, Stationary pumps, Placing boom, and most up-to-date technologies for concrete mixing and batching plants. All of these equipment and machineries are run and controlled fully automatic by highest technology of computerized systems.

Full computerized and integrated batch plants’ systems assure compliance with design and international standards requirements and international controlling standards.

The company operates two fully computerized batching plants with production capacity of 240 cubic meter per hour each. We also have mobile plants that can be transported to any site location.

Truck Pumps: The company currently has 10 Putzmeister concrete pumps with various boom lengths of 36, 42, and 56 meter. Additionally, the company has a stationery pump and placing boom for high rise projects and Spider distributer.

Truck Mixers: The Company currently runs a fleet of 50 concrete trans-mixer trucks. All vehicles are fitted with a computerized tracking system, which allows the company to provide an accurate and real-time information to the client as well as ensuring on time delivery of concrete to the site. The mixers trucks are equipped with drum capacity of 9 and12 cubic meter.

The company is equipped with two German brand KTI ice Plants produce ice for concrete temperature control. The daily flake ice production capacity is 150 tons. The produced ice is batched automatically inside the plant central mixers on the designed ice percentage and quantity. The ice quantity for each cubic meter is calculated taking into consideration the required concrete temperature at the project’s site.

Each ice plant has a storage of 80 tons with rake assembly. This means a total flake ice storage of 160 tons. Besides, KTI water chillers to secure chilled water with capacity of 320 cubic meter/day.

According to projects requirements, concrete placing systems can facilitate conveying process If a project demands a horizontal reach. For spans greater than 36 m, stationary booms on lattice towers are used. These allow horizontal reaches of up to 50 m, as are frequently required.

When a stationary boom is set up on a lattice tower, no counter-weight is required for a horizontal reach of up to 34 m. Benefits of stationery booms are,

– Used on construction sites with limited space

– Towers can be adjusted to different heights

– Various mounting options

– Hydraulic self-climbing equipment

– Narrow space for pipes and ladders.

– Simple cut-out to be fixed in the floors

– Simple assembly and dismantling work

Stationery pumps are widely used to convey concrete for special types of construction projects. Using high pressure concrete pumping techniques with high conveyance output fits various projects’ needs. Mainly for high-rise and long distance conveying, the main applications are:

– Concrete high-rise conveying

– Concrete long-distance conveying

– Tunnel construction

– Pre-cast factories

– Special applications
